3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed between us.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.3 Payment Methods

3.4 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate: $12.95
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3 Delivery

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. The delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4.4 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for return:

• Products must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• You must have proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

• Burners & Ignitors (gas components for safety reasons)
• Infrared components (specialized heating elements)
• Gas Valves (critical safety components)
• Cutting Boards & Grill Mats (for hygiene reasons)
• Brushes (hygiene products that cannot be resold)
• Any custom or special order items (including outdoor kitchen islands and custom grill covers)
• Any item that shows signs of use, assembly, or is not in its original condition

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our customer support at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging
5. Ship the item to our returns facility at your expense (unless the error was ours)

5.4 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply for opened boxes or missing packaging.

5.5 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

5.6 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
